Very fast. Took photo using iPhone and it was accepted. A week after it was received I got an email to say it was approved. Next day printed and a text from DHL to propose a delivery time for the next day. So pleased I looked at this website and the times before I sent it off as I would have possibly cancelled my planned holiday. Passport expired in 2024 but due to finding out about Brexit 10yr rule I had to renew unexpectedly.
