Online form super easy, communication not so much. I received some comms on email, some on text message, and the latest status of y application was not displayed online. I called them a few times, some agents were super helpful, some not really.

It has been 13 weeks since they received my documents for the first uk passport application for my daughter. HMPO say that they have not completed the review of the documents as yet. I dont understand as the applications submitted in UK are completed quickly from reading the comments here. The HMPO email response whilst fast is of no use at all as they can only confirm what i already know. Total frustration!
