Very easy and quicker than expected. I had to resubmit my photo (taken by a cell phone) because they suggested I had a slight smile on my face first time around. My supporting documents arrived a few days after the passport.

Pretty easy, I was stressed at first thinking i had to send a bunch of documents off but all i needed to do was just sent my old child passport off since im known to the passport authorities. Submitted on 30th april, sent old passport on 2nd of may, documents declared as received on 3rd may, application approved 18th may, passport printed same day 18th may, wouldve arrived on 19th may but i was out so wasnt in for delivery received on 20th of may. Nice and effective thought that because no movement for 15 days from documents received i thought it was lost but then got application approved at 1am.

Very easy and received my passport much earlier than expected. Giving 4 star only because currently passport application site is advising up to 10 weeks wait. I think if you are able to deliver passport in 2 to 3 weeks time, why this scaremongering of 10 weeks application time and which then will force some to go for costly fast track applications?
