It was a very smooth and fast process. Documents were sent tracked via Royal, portal took only a few days to update and show them as received. No interview needed and passport printed quickly. I have also received the additional documents two days after my passport was being printed. Very satisfied with the overall process!

Included a delay due to email photo verification link not working properly so had to submit a paper copy which took and extra few days so would have been even quicker! Also the passport page doesn’t update in real time, it says my passport is waiting to be dispatched but I already received it this morning!
