Great service. Could take a new photo myself and upload it to the online application website. Longest part was time between sending my old one in and the passport office receiving it, which is dependent on the postage service you use. Once the passport office had received my old passport my new one was printed and shipped within 4 days. New passport was sent to me with DHL Express which took just over 24 hours to Spain
